If a mutual agreement is reached, Quark will draft a project plan along with estimated times to complete each task. Depending on how extensive the work required appears, billing can be made either by task, hour or on a project basis. The significance of each proposed task will be explained in laymen's terms very clearly, and if repeatable, you will receive documentation on performing it internally after the first pass. 

After the initial engagement, which may run anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on a variety of factors Quark will audit the work monthly and may or may not make reccomendations. It's all very much dependent on the keywords you are trying to acheive rank for and the current level of competition out there for those words.
